Additionally, Ms. Kassel provides training for independent agents contracted underneath her.

Before establishing her brokerage, Ms. Kassel was the vice president of sales and client services for Cabrera Financial from 2009 to 2014. Earlier, she found success in the eye care sector for nearly three decades as a sales director at Vision Care Direct between 2003 and 2009, an optician and regional sales director at Prime EyeCare from 1992 to 2003, and a retail sales manager at LensCrafters between 1987 and 1992.
Ms. Kassel has found tremendous satisfaction in giving back to various causes. She presently supports Her Write to Rise, A New Leaf, Tipping Point Academy, and her church community. She has also sponsored a child in Nairobi, Kenya, since 2012 all the way through high school and is now sponsoring her second child to success. Previously, she participated in a short-term mission trip to Nairobi in 2017 with Lincoln Heights Christian Church and was able to meet her sponsored child in person and see firsthand the difference she was making. She was also the luminaria chairperson for Relay For Life Cancer Walk in Central Phoenix from 2011 to 2015, dedicating her work to her oldest sister Diane who passed from cancer at age 46, leaving a young family behind.
Ms. Kassel graduated from West Bend Community High School in 1980 and uniquely built her success by learning on the job in the optical industry, along with constant learning through workshops and seminars and adding some college coursework in management and Spanish. Well-qualified in her field, she received a health and life insurance broker licensure in 2009.
Continuously committed to growing her community, Ms. Kassel has been affiliated with several leading networking organizations, including Business Network International (BNI) as a member and former chapter president, where she was instrumental in leading her team to secure the coveted Leadership Team of the Year award, surpassing 59 other chapter teams. Ms. Kassel is also an active member of the Empowerment Networking Organization.
In light of her success and integrity, Ms. Kassel has been nominated for the 2025 Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics. She was recognized for her hard work and diligence with the Catalyst Insurance Group, being chosen for the Rising Star Award in 2020 as well as Agent of the Year in 2021. Most recently she has become a contributing author of Six Figure Chicks, Phoenix Volume 2, an international bestseller encouraging other women to rise, which comes out in hard copy in September, 2025.
