Rectangle Health Launches Healthcare Management Platform

Rectangle Health, a provider of patient engagement, payments and office compliance solutions for healthcare providers, has launched an all-in-one platform.

The new Practice Management Bridge aims to drive the growth of healthcare providers by seamlessly integrating patient engagement, revenue acceleration, and practice compliance management into a single hub, the company said in a Tuesday (Jan. 30) press release.

“We are innovating to help our more than 36,000 practices fill schedules quicker, get paid faster and simplify the business side of healthcare,” Sid Singh, CEO of Rectangle Health, said in the release.

This cloud-based platform consists of three core products that, together, create a solution that “automates interactions between patients and providers, while significantly enhancing practices profitability,” Singh said.

One of these core products, Bridge Engagement, includes features such as scheduling, appointment reminders, waitlist management and text communication.

Another, Bridge Payments, offers services like card on file, auto posting and patient financing.

The third core product, Bridge Compliance, provides HIPAA and OSHA compliance solutions.

The Practice Management Bridge platform seamlessly integrates with legacy practice management and electronic medical records/electronic health records (EMR/EHR) systems, saving customers both time and money, according to the press release.

Current users of Rectangle Health’s solutions have reported results that include a 97% in-office payment collection rate, a 47% decrease in outstanding accounts receivable, and a 15% improvement in patient show rates, per the release.

“With this platform launch, we’re ushering in a transformative era for practice management and simplifying business operations to propel healthcare practices into the future,” Mike Peluso, chief product and strategy officer at Rectangle Health, said in the release.

PYMNTS Intelligence has found that digital healthcare management and payment options can help providers both improve their relationships with patients and ensure they get paid.

Doctors and dentists alike are adopting these solutions at a time when much of the business end of healthcare remains mired in paper invoicing and unpaid debt, according to “Connected Healthcare: What Consumers Want From Their Healthcare Customer Experiences,” a PYMNTS and Rectangle Health collaboration.

Singh joined Rectangle Health as CEO in March, bringing two decades of experience in the FinTech and healthcare industries.

“We have a remarkably talented team dedicated to helping providers improve their practices with our software and payment solutions, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional patient care,” Singh said at the time.
